I chose Le Pavillon Hoi An Luxury Resort & Spa solely because of its close proximity to Hoi An Ancient Town, which I wanted to visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the 24-hour front desk staff who assisted me with luggage storage and airport transfer services. Additionally, the free in-room WiFi was a great convenience during my stay.
Poor sound insulation. Mold on ceiling.

Our stay at Le Pavillon was worth every penny. The room was fantastic with a comfortable bed and beautiful linen. The location was perfect, close enough to the Ancient Town but far enough for a relaxed vibe. The staff treated us like royalty, always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
Breakfast delights, but it could use more variety.

The breakfast was amazing with many options to choose from. The rooms were spotless and very relaxing. The location was convenient to get around.
The rooms were very noisy and poorly soundproofed, which made it difficult to sleep at night. The spa services were below average.

The hotel had great facilities for family travellers like us and the breakfast was a real highlight. We enjoyed starting the day with a selection of both Western and Asian food. We were located in a great spot, just a short ride away from the attractions and restaurants. having the option to use free bicycles was a great way to explore the area.
We found that the noise levels throughout the hotel were quite high. the walls didn't offer much sound insulation, which made sleep challenging at times.

Incredible Riverside Location: Nestled on the banks of the beautiful river, the hotel offers stunning views that are simply breathtaking. It's like waking up in a picturesque painting every morning.
Buffet Closing Time: The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a great variety of options. However, they could improve their timing as they closed the buffet promptly at 10am, which made it slightly uncomfortable for guests still enjoying their meal.
